BiRDS Pharma AG uses its process and technology platforms to advance own drug development projects for a variety of indications. All projects are based on Atomic Substitution Technology and covered by patents/patent applications generated within the BDD/CCDRD Group, with BiRDS Pharma AG either being the holder of the patent/patent application or the exclusive licensee with right to sublicense. Altogether, BiRDS Pharma AG´s drug development projects are protected by more than 100 patents/patent applications covering the new deuterated active pharmaceutical ingredients and/or their use and/or specific pharmaceutical formulations thereof. Besides taking the most promising drug development candidates to later stages of development, BiRDS Pharma AG continuously identifies and validates new candidates for application of Atomic Substitution Technology.
